'Cheese' and Pesto Toastie

Method
Step 1
Preheat your toastie maker or panini press according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 2
Add the Violife to 1 slice of bread and top with the pesto.
Step 3
Add the second slice of bread on top and place in the toastie maker or panini press.
Step 4
Toast for 2 minutes or until golden

- 2 x slices Low Protein bread, cut to 1cm thickness
