Preheat oven to 230 degrees C. Spray a large baking tray with oil spray and set aside.
Cut cauliflower into bite size florets.
In a large bowl whisk together all purpose mix, water, garlic powder and salt. Add cauliflower florets; toss to coat.
Spread cauliflower evenly across the prepared baking tray and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes; turn each floret halfway through baking. Remove from oven but leave on.
In a separate bowl stir together melted butter and low protein hot sauce. Add baked cauliflower; stir to coat. Again, spread evenly onto the same baking tray; Place in the oven and bake further 25 mins; turning florets at the halfway mark. Cauliflower should be crispy when cooked.
Remove from oven; allow to cool slightly before serving.
Top tip:
Serve with extra LP hot sauce if desired.
