Carrot French Fries

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C/200C fan-forced.  

Step 2

Spray 1 large baking tray with oil. 

Step 3

Slice each carrot in half lengthways; slice each half to make 3-4 ‘fries’.  

Step 4

Place carrots, evenly across tray; spray with oil.  

Step 5

Bake for 15 mins, turn carrots and bake for further 15mins or until golden and tender.  

 

Step 6

Combine mint and salt in a small bowl; sprinkle over carrots and serve.

  • 1/2 tsp dried mint 
  • 1 tsp sea salt
