Caramelised Onion Gravy

  • RECIPE MAKES: 4 portions
  • COOK TIME: 25 minutes
  1. Melt butter in a pan over a medium heat and add the red onions.
  2. Fry for 10 mins until soft.
  3. Add the sugar and fry for another 10 minutes on a low heat until caramelised and sticky.
  4. In a measuring jug, make up the onion gravy according to packet instructions.
  5. Add to the onions and stir to combine then serve.
