Melt Vitabite in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water.
Arrange the candy canes into 3 heart shapes on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Cut short the straight edge of your candy canes with a knife to create a heart shape.
Spoon the melted Vitabite into the candy cane heart, then place the lollipop stick halfway into the heart. Add more melted Vitabite until it is level with the top of the candy cane and the lollipop stick is concealed then smooth evenly with a silicon spatula.
Add decorations such as freeze-dried raspberries, edible sprinkles or edible glitter spray and then chill in the fridge for 10 mins or until set.
