Caesar Salad

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion as a main, 2 portions as a side
  • COOK TIME: 20 minutes / Cooking time: 5 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas mark 5.
  2. Spread the bread cubes on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Arrange the lettuce, bread cubes and Violife in a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
  5. Dress the salad with the sauce, toss and serve.
