- Preheat oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas mark 5.
- Spread the bread cubes on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Arrange the lettuce, bread cubes and Violife in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
- Dress the salad with the sauce, toss and serve.
