                  Caesar Salad
- RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion as a main, 2 portions as a side
- PREP TIME: 20 minutes
- COOK TIME: Cooking time: 5 minutes
              Method
            
            
          Step 1
                  
        Preheat oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas mark 5.
          Step 2
                  
        Spread the bread cubes on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
          Step 3
                  
        Arrange the lettuce, bread cubes and Violife in a bowl.
          Step 4
                  
        In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
          Step 5
                  
        Dress the salad with the sauce, toss and serve.

          Ingredients
        
        - For the Salad:
- 2 slices Low protein bread (see recipe), chopped into cubes
- 1 Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 60g Violife mozzarella flavour block, sliced into shards
- For the Sauce:
- 4 tbsp Hellman’s vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
