Butternut Squash Paté

  • RECIPE MAKES: 3 portions
  • COOK TIME: 25 minutes
  1. Boil the butternut squash for 15 minutes or until soft.
  2. Drain the butternut squash and and place in a blender or food processor with the garlic puree, thyme, butter and lemon juice.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill in the fridge until cool.
