Butternut Squash Paté

  • RECIPE MAKES: 3 portions
  • COOK TIME: 25 minutes
  • THIS RECIPE IS PROTEIN FREE
Step 1

Boil the butternut squash for 15 minutes or until soft.

step 2

Drain the butternut squash and and place in a blender or food processor with the garlic puree, thyme, butter and lemon juice.

step 3

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

step 4

Chill in the fridge until cool.

Serving Suggestion

Eat on top of low protein toast, with mini crackers or as a dip for vegetables!

  • 1 Butternut squash, deseeded, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic puree
  • ½ tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt and pepper
