Black Forest Gâteau

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas mark 5.
  2. In a large bowl; mix together the Fate Low Protein Chocolate Flavour Cake Mix, soft margarine and water until smooth.
  3. Pour the mix into the loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes or until skewer inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  5. Cut the sponge into 2 layers and set the top aside.
  6. Spread half the icing on the bottom half of the sponge and top with 150g Princes black cherry fruit filling.
  7. Top with the other half of the sponge.
  8. Decorate the top with the remaining icing and black cherry filling.
