BBQ Kebabs

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion
  • PREP TIME: 125 minutes
  • COOK TIME: 10 minutes
Step 1

Place chopped vegetables of choice in a Zip-lock bag

Step 2

Make up marinade by mixing olive oil, BBQ sauce and garlic in a bowl.

Step 3

Pour marinade on top of vegetables in the bag.

Step 4

Seal bag, place in the fridge and leave to marinade for 2 hours.

Step 5

Place vegetable on to BBQ skewers.

Step 6

Place skewers on the BBQ and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until starting to brown.

Top tip:

Marinade in the fridge overnight for best results.
A grill or griddle pan could also be used to cook the kebabs.

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 50ml/g Sweet BBQ sauce
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 80g Permitted vegetables of choice, chopped
  • BBQ skewers needed
