These cabbage steaks are a delicious side dish and the perfect accompaniment to your next main meal.
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Place baking paper on a baking tray.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey.
Arrange the cabbage slices in a single layer and brush with the honey balsamic vinaigrette. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
