Balsamic, Honey Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Method
These cabbage steaks are a delicious side dish and the perfect accompaniment to your next main meal.

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Place baking paper on a baking tray.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey.

Arrange the cabbage slices in a single layer and brush with the honey balsamic vinaigrette. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.

Roast until cabbage slices are tender and edges are golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy

- 1/2 head green cabbage, cut into 2cm-thick rounds
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground white pepper
- 2½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
