Aubergine Steaks

  • RECIPE MAKES: 2 portions (1 aubergine steak per portion)
  • COOK TIME: 20 minutes
  1. Slice the aubergine lengthways into 4 pieces. Dispose of the end slices.
  2. Cook the 2 middle aubergine slices on a dry griddle pan or a barbeque for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turn until charred on both sides.
  3. Brush with the Buffalo sauce and serve.
