5 Ingredients or Less: Roast Tomato Soup

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion
  • PREP TIME: 10 minutes
  • COOK TIME: 25 minutes
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C fan/gas mark 6.
  2. Place the tomatoes, garlic and onion onto an oven tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes soften.
  3. Transfer to a pan over a medium heat and add the vegetable stock and basil.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes and blend.
  5. Season to taste.
Step 1
