5 Ingredients or Less: Baked Apples

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.

Step 2

Mix the raisins, butter, mixed spice and sugar together in a bowl.

Step 3

Spoon the mixture into the cores of the apples and place on a lined baking tray.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until soft.

  • 50g Butter
  • ½ tsp Mixed spice
  • 25g Brown sugar
  • 2 apples, cored
  • For this recipe you will need an apple corer.
