Really Nice Rice Pudding
- RECIPE MAKES: 12 Ice Cubes
- PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
- COOK TIME: 20 - 25 Minutes
Method
Step 1
Add low protein rice to a saucepan with ProZero, water and butter.
Step 2
Keep stirring until mixture comes to the boil.
Step 3
Add nutmeg/cinnamon.
Step 4
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring continuously, ProZero will reduce and rice will become soft.
Step 5
Cook until it becomes a thick rice pudding.
