ROCKIN’ ROOT VEG

Method
Step 1
Place oil in saucepan and heat.
Step 2
Add onions, leeks, sweet potato, carrots, parsnips, garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add water and ProZero and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Once cooked, mash with a fork until almost smooth.
